the promotion of Bryan Kniffen

Barden Homes is pleased to announce the promotion of Bryan Kniffen to lead our GreenTree Construction Team in CNY.  “Bryan will give us the opportunity to fine tune our construction strategy and operation. Today he begins an opportunity that will lead this division to the next level; he has terrific talent and grit, which is exactly what we need in CNY”, said Kevin Tomko CEO.

Bryan has provided leadership in New England in support of the Barden sales team for the last 4 years and was in the Barden pricing group 2 years prior to taking that role.

Bryan’s immediate role will be to oversee and coordinate the construction of over 50 residential projects and multiple commercial opportunities in a budgetary and timely fashion.  He will work directly with the GreenTree sales team and coordinate his long time Barden relationships to provide great leadership for this group.
